Which living person do you most admire?
Wow this is a hard one. Mainly because I admire so many people. But because of recent events I will have to say my mother. I have recently become closer with my mom in understanding why she is the way she is and some of the struggles in her life time. I do not envy her, but thinking of her life and the way she handles herself and the situation is amazing. She’s not perfect, and I’m sure she would say she did things differently, but I think she did a pretty amazing job. I’m just glad that I know my mother a little better. To know why she is how she is.

self-righteousness

Ryley dying before me. Good thing promised me he wouldn’t when he proposed!
What is your idea of perfect happiness?
Perfect happiness would be not having to waste my time at a pointless job to get more money. Ideal happiness would mean money didn’t exist. Ryley and I and all my friends and fam could live by each other, preferably in Hawaii, and we would spend our days helping others and enjoying Gods amazing creations.
blue skies Every Day
I've been thinking about my life a lot lately. It's funny how things don't always turn out the way you plan. Sometimes it's worse than you wanted, but sometimes it's better. I had big plans one year ago for when I graduated. I was going to move up with my friend Rachel to NYC or move back to Hawaii and live it up. Then I met Ryley. Plans changed. Changed for the better. It's funny though, because I've still been a little sad that we're still in Idaho instead of Alaska or Hawaii, but then I realized I don't care. My new sis Ashley is moving to Hawaii to the house I was supposed to be living in. At first I was sad that we weren't going to. But it's funny because I am 100 percent content in our little basement apartment chilling with my amazing husband. And one day we will be Hawaii living it up, but for now I'm content living it up where ever we walk to tomorrow.
Bear LaKe
After our drive from St. George to Provo, Ry and I headed to Bear Lake. I've been gone for so long, but I still get excited when I see the lake driving through Logan canyon. Thanksgiving was definitely more quiet this year, but it was nice to be home. During the week in St. George and especially in BL we played my sisters Wii like crazy. It's a little embarrassing to say that my arm was really sore by the end of the week.
One thing we always do in BL over Thanksgiving is getting Christmas trees. We hiked up Paris canyon past the ice caves and found our little baby. We had to get 5 trees this year. I will say this is the first time the I picked out the BL tree. Todd usually does the honors, but my choice this time was beautiful! That's right Todd.
I know this Thanksgiving wasn't quite what I was expecting it would be, but I'm thankful I went. I'm thankful for brothers and sisters that I can look up to. Who are spiritual giants who help me get through and know what I need to do. I'm thankful for a mom who tries so hard to make us all happy. I love her so much. I'm also thankful for my dad. I miss him so much and look forward to the day when we can all be together and party again. I'm thankful to be a part of this family.

Thanksgiving Lasts ALL Week Long
After all the partying in St. George..... we went to Provo to visit my brother Todd, Shayla, and Skyler. We LOVE staying with them. Then we headed to Bear Lake for the rest of the weekend. I will be blogging about that later since it is now time for bed! But I will say that I am so thankful for my new family. I love how much fun they are. They are all so relaxed and up for a good time. They always make me smile and feel welcome. I couldn't ask for a better second family!
